The best pre/post work-out snack for energy.
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (sub any nut butter)
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup agave or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips last. Cover the mixing bowl and let it chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then roll into small balls and freeze for an hour before diving in. Store in fridge or freezer!
