No-bake energy bites REMIX
Needed more chocolate and more protein.. Nailed this one. Enjoy! ;)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop (sprout living) chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup (endangered species) chocolate chips
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips last. Cover the mixing bowl and let it chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then roll into small balls and freeze for an hour before diving in. Store in fridge or freezer!
