This retinol scrub exfoliates the skin to promote a clear and healthy skin tone. It's designed to be used 2-3 times per week to encourage cellular turnover, refine pores, and brighten up the skin. This can also be used as an at-home weekly exfoliation mask that you would leave on for 5-10mins. *This product is gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and vegan.
Retinol 2% Scrub/Mask
For all skin types.
Massage onto face, neck and chest, 2-3 times per week. Allow to dry up to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a toner. For most skin types: Use this product with the Glycolic Cleanser 2 -3 times per week. The Glycolic Cleanser breaks up the dead, keratinized skin, and the Retinol 2% Exfoliating Scrub/Mask polishes off the dead skin. The retinol also starts desquamating the follicle lining so impactions can purge. For sensitive skin or rosacea: Use this product with the Green Tea Citrus Cleanser 2 -3 times per week. For use as a mask: Apply a thin layer and allow the actives to penetrate into the skin for 5-10 minutes. Add a minimal amount of water and rub gently in circular motions—no rough scrubbing. Then remove completely with water.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items used or damaged after purchase will not be eligible for return. You'll also need the receipt of proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like kits and bundles), and goods used and/or damaged after purchase. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the retun is accepted, make a seperate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your orginal payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Otherwise, it will be $7 for shipping. After your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your product(s).
